Refund Policy

An easy refund policy simplifies the complicated process of claiming a refund on the order if it has been misplaced or sent in damaged condition. We, at, make sure that our customer shouldn’t find it way difficult to request for payback in above stated situations.

Our refund policy will let you understand the whole process of claiming for remuneration.

  • If wrong product has been sent to you then will re-ship the product free of cost or else refund the whole amount of the product.
  • In case of you get a damaged parcel and if it is because of our fault then we either re-ship the product or refund the amount.
  • We always see that a parcel should be reached to customer in the possible shortest time span but in case if it doesn’t happen then we re-ship the order free of charge and or else refund your money. This refund will be calculated as per the type of shipment you have chosen.
  • Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours after placing an order.
  • All refunds will be made at the credit card bank account of the customer.
  • This refund made on the credit card bank account of the customer will be displayed in the statement within 10-15 working days.
  • Your order is traceable if you have opted for express shipment method. If you did not get the product within the proposed duration of time then you can ask for tr5acking your order and if we found out that this delay is from our side then we will re-ship the order free of cost or refund you back provided you have Order Number.
