Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 24 hours after placing an order. Our customers can also place an order on Saturday and Sunday and holidays but the shipping will be done on next business day. Once it is being shipped, we intimate our customer about the same by sending an email to them with tracking code and other information about the product. We have two types of shipping options which are post registered and express shipment. The former takes 21 business days whereas the later require 8 to 10 business days.

We believe in keeping our promise once it is made. That is the reason we never make it late to ship your medicines to you. In case if you don’t get the parcel on time because of our mistake then you can claim a total refund on the order as per our refund policy. We are pioneer in faster shipping across the globe. And it is possible because of our customers who provide us correct shipping address. Following are the points explaining how we ship the products accurately to our customers.

  • Every product shipped by LeoPharmaRx.com has tracking code with them. This code is delivered via mail to the customer once the product is shipped. Customers can use this code to trace their order status.
  • We do not ship to P.O box numbers. Only physical addresses are entertained.
  • Order above $250 will be sent through express shipment and this would be free of charge.
  • We do not take any responsibility of shipping to wrong address and that is we asked our customers to double-check the shipping address feed by them.
  • Shipping is done only after receiving final verification from customer. Email is send to customer once the product is shipped from us.
  • Our customers can contact us through the email that we sent them or via the toll-free number provided to them.
